Men's Soccer to Hold High School Tryouts (02/06/2008)

• TAMPA, Fla. - The 2007 SSC champion University of Tampa men’s soccer team will host a tryout for current high School seniors that have completed their senior playing season of high school soccer. The tryout will be held on Tues., March 4. It is suggested that students apply for admission and gain acceptance prior to attending the tryout. Please visit www.ut.edu to complete an application. All high school students must be registered with an ACT or SAT test score and have a physical within the last six months of the tryout (September 4, 2007). UT staff needs to have a copy of this prior to the tryout and all players can fax this to 813-253-6288. Tryouts will be held on the intramural field located on the East side of the soccer stadium (North Boulevard). Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the tryout start time to fill out paperwork. All players need to have proper gear (shin guards are required). Please confirm attendance by sending an email to Maurice Loregnard at mloregnard@ut.edu.

   

UT Men's Open Tryout for Current Students Only! (02/06/2007)

• UT men’s soccer will have open tryouts for CURRENT UT STUDENTS only on February 21st, 2007. This is not for any player that is not currently enrolled in the Spring 2007 semester at University of Tampa. You do not need to call the soccer office or email – it is an open tryout and you just need to show up on the Intramural field at 3:00 PM. You do not need to bring anything but your soccer shoes. All players will need to fill out a medical waiver before the tryout and expect the tryout to last about 1.5 hours. This is a 1 day tryout so make sure you are fit and ready to play at a college level.

UT Men's tryout for Graduating High School Seniors (02/06/2007)

• There will be tryouts for graduating seniors and interested players outside University of Tampa  on March 16th, 2007. You must submit a request to attend the tryout and be invited by the UT MS staff. Players are only permitted to tryout if we have a copy of their transcripts and a copy of their SAT/ACT score. You can fax information to 813.253.6288 attn: Men’s Soccer. You will need to fill out a medical waiver before you can participate and you need to be at the UT soccer field at 3:00 PM. All players trying out need to make sure they have completed their senior year of High School soccer and have applied for admission to University of Tampa.
